The published Solana schedule
These are platform fees for ordinary Solana tokens, per trade, before any referral discount. The fee band is applied separately to your purchase and sale. Special rates for selected major tokens are outside this table.

Why a small order can feel expensive
A $10 purchase has a $0.20 platform fee under the published schedule. Selling the same token quantity at an unchanged value adds another $0.20. That is $0.40 in platform fees on a $10 token position, before any third-party costs.
A $100 purchase instead sits in the flat-fee band: $0.95 to buy and $0.95 to sell at unchanged value. These examples are calculations from the source schedule, not observed execution quotes. Your sale can move into a different fee band when its value changes.
Separate the cost layers
Fomo says it covers Solana gas, priority fees and token-account rent. Do not add them a second time. A token contract or the underlying protocol may still impose other costs; consult the actual order quote.
Other supported networks have separate network-cost treatment. This guide’s calculator models ordinary Solana trades only. It does not estimate EVM network costs, liquidity, token taxes or execution price impact.

What the referral discount actually tells us
Fomo documents a 10% fee discount that takes the standard 0.50% rate to 0.45%. Its referral article does not give a complete discounted small-order table. Our calculator therefore applies 0.45% only at the documented standard-rate size and labels lower bands as baseline estimates.
If you have an actual quote, use the quoted-fee mode. A referral link is not evidence that your account has the discount: check the account and order quote before trading.
Check what remains after the sale
A headline fee describes one part of the transaction. To understand a position, compare your total purchase cost with sale proceeds after fees. The calculator includes both legs, lets you enter additional costs and shows the price increase needed to cover the modeled costs.
